(Food vendor name) . Now therefore, in consideration of the payment to the management by the dealer of the sum set forth below, and in further consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions herein contained, the parties hereto do agree as follows:

Rules and Regulations

To provide for food vendor hereby agree to accept, the hereinafter described exhibition space in the Monroe Cheese Festival.

Non-refundable fee must be enclosed with contract to have space reserved.

Fee: $125 (Monroe vendor). After August 15, $150.00
$200.00 (Outside vendor) As space permits.

Food vendors must:

  • Have a county permit and submit copy
  • Gather up and remove all trash
  • Have a State I.D. Tax Number
  • Agree that management may cancel at any time by refunding food vendor's fee
  • Sell only those items approved by the Cheese Festival Committee; with no substitutions

Show Time: 10 AM - 7 PM Set Up: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM Clean Up: By 8:00 PM

The undersigned food vendor hereby applies for food vendor space at the above named show and encloses payment herein. The food vendor agrees to fulfill all municipal, state, and federal requirements, if any, in connection with all sales made, in addition the undersigned food vendor agrees to indemnify, protect and hold harmless the village of Monroe and town of Monroe/Action in Monroe/Monroe Police Dept. their members, officers, employees, agents and representatives for any personal injury, property loss or damages of any nature suffrered by any person as the result of the operation, of said show.
